Return & Refund Policy

ENZO AUTOMOBILES

At ENZO AUTOMOBILES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 6 Months from the date of delivery

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • Electrical or electronic items once installed

  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Any product returned after the return period


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss or damage


6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
